They may come in with surface-level struggles such as stress, relationship challenges, career uncertainty, or a sense of being stuck. At the same time, they’re curious about the deeper patterns that shape these struggles-recurring themes, limiting beliefs, or unresolved experiences that continue to influence their lives. I offer a supportive and exploratory space where you can bring both everyday concerns and deeper questions about yourself. My specialty is blending Jungian and psychodynamic approaches with practical tools, so our work is reflective yet grounded.
