Hello, I'm Sam! When it comes to change, I believe our minds work hard to convince us that it is an uncomfortable, scary thing. Typically, we tend to stick with what we know (even if it's not really working for us). That's where I come in! I love to provide a safe space for people to help them build insight and move towards a more grounded and fulfilling life where they can be who they want to be. I look forward to meeting you. My clinical experience involves a variety of populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, seniors, veterans, and first-responders. I have helped people work through trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and many other barriers in life that may prevent us from fully thriving.
