I provide expert knowledge, a supportive ear, and a wealth of personal and professional experience to help you develop emotional, physical, relational and spiritual balance as you navigate life’s complexities. I presently work only with women. I am an experienced provider of trauma informed, trauma specific, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness based interventions including Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Written Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing therapy, Mindfulness-based Cognitive-behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
