Starting therapy can be an overwhelming task, but I hope I can help make this step seem a little more manageable. I work with adolescents and adults ages 13+. I specialize in anxiety, depression, perinatal and postpartum mental health, trauma, and addictions. I don't believe therapy is "one size fits all", and I strive to work with the client to find the best interventions to help meet their goals. I utilize a strengths-based approach along with cognitive behavioral interventions and motivational strategies.
