I work with individuals who want to make a change in their life but solutions and where to start feel far or impossible. We will become a team that will learn what you need and how to get you to where you want to be. Ideally, an individual working with me would be open to bringing nature and or movement into the session, however, that is not required. I believe that trauma, anxiety, and other mental health struggles can get stuck in the body and bilateral movement (i.e., walking, hiking, etc.) and nature, can create linear thinking.
