Hey, I'm Sam. My goal is to help you navigate through life when it just keeps showing up - whether that is processing through past experiences and traumas, or working through current obstacles to reach your goals. We'll work together to figure out ways to use your strengths and skills to find new ways to cope with stress, anxiety and depression, difficult relationships, addictive behaviors, or just get through one of life's many transitions. I use a person-centered, eclectic and trauma-informed approach to treatment. You are the expert of you, but we can come up with interventions and skills together that will work for you. I have extensive training in mood and anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, as well as offer clinical supervision to emerging professionals in the mental health field.
