Recovery can feel overwhelming, and I understand how challenging it can be. Whether just beginning recovery or working to maintain sobriety, my clients are often struggling with alcohol and/or drug use. What they want most is stability, healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, and lasting recovery. They may also be navigating challenges such as mental health diagnoses, grief and loss, and/or conflict in their relationships. Their goals often include achieving and/or maintaining sobriety, finding emotional balance, managing mental health symptoms, and creating a life that feels hopeful, connected, and fulfilling.
