Hello! My name is Samantha Navarro and I’m an LCSW. Therapy should not be about a therapist's agenda, it’s all about the client! This is why I like to explore what are the current problems/issues and what goals you want to create from there. Sometimes other goals may be needed, but not everyone is ready to address them at that moment and that is okay too! I focus mostly on empowerment, positive psychology, strengths-based, and client-centered. I also will dabble with other approaches as well because every client is different and may need something different.
