I believe therapy should always be a collaborative effort between the client and therapist. Together, we can find a common starting ground and use your individual strengths to help you develop healthy boundaries & coping skills to create and maintain a healthy, productive lifestyle. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients to allow them to reach a level of vulnerability that allows for change. I utilize an integrative and holistic approach to help clients form treatment goals that best fit their needs.
