“I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story.” My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable therapeutic environment for individuals to share and grow. My techniques and approaches consider the individual needs of the client. I believe in the ability of individuals to maximize their potential for wellness with the right combination of perseverance and supportive interventions. My clinical experience includes working in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as with incarcerated individuals.
