I’ve dedicated much of my career to helping children and caregivers navigate trauma and strengthen their bonds. I help families communicate through the "language" kids know best: play. Because of my broad social work background, I’m wired to look at the whole system, helping you find ease not just in our sessions, but in your everyday life. In my work with adults, I lean into a non-judgmental, body-centered approach. We’ll get curious about your emotional patterns and work on understanding and regulating your nervous system so you can feel more connected to yourself and values.
