Hello, I am happy that you are here. I work with all ages but have extensive experience with working with children and adolescents to help them navigate the struggles they might be experiencing and help to guide them to be the happiest and best self they can be. I also have extensive experience working with sports psychology and athletes struggling to deal with anxiety and the pressures of athletics. I am here to make therapy a safe place to help you navigate your way through the up and downs of life. I also am the owner of Be You Mental Health Counseling PC and have a team of counselors that all specialize in different areas. I work directly with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, behavioral disorders, and OCD and children. I also specialize in mental coaching with athletes to help them preform at their best.
