I believe in the power of holding space for clients and being seen, and this above all else, is at the center of my practice as a therapist: being a supportive witness for you in your healing journey. I work with individuals and partners struggling with communication, building secure attachment, sexual intimacy, and provide trauma informed and sex positive therapy. I have experience working with clients that are struggling with anxiety, living with mood disorders, depression, grief and loss, major life transitions, codependency, challenging interpersonal relationships, and bring a strengths-based perspective to all of my work.
