I offer warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapy for teens, adults, couples, and families navigating grief/loss, anxiety, stress, chronic illness, life transitions, and relational challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space to gently explore what’s been weighing on you while building resilience and self-trust. I believe in meeting people with care and presence during life's vulnerable moments.
