I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that healing begins with feeling truly seen and understood. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, faith transitions, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I have a special passion for supporting LGBTQ+ clients and individuals questioning or reshaping their beliefs or identities. My goal is to help each client reconnect with their values, cultivate self-acceptance, and build a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.
