I enjoy working with adolescents and adults and use a variety of techniques to meet my client’s needs. I have a particular interest in working with new parents, individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, and individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe every person has a variety of identities that influence how we perceive and interact with the world. These identities tell the story of our lives and should be celebrated. I also believe that you are the expert of your life and it is my job to create a safe and supportive environment for you to express your needs, thoughts, and feelings.
