I provide individual and couples counseling, both in-person and virtually. I specialize in anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship challenges, and self-esteem issues. My goal is to help clients feel more empowered, grounded, and connected to their authentic selves. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck and repeating the same patterns in relationships, struggling with self-doubt, or trying to manage stress and overwhelm. Together, we work to untangle those patterns, heal old wounds, and create healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
