I work with individuals 14 and up who are navigating mood disorders, anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality concerns, self-harm behaviors, relationship challenges, life transitions, domestic violence impact, and LGBTQ+ issues. Whether you’ve never been to therapy before or you’re seeking a different approach, I’m here to support you. I’ve worked in schools, substance use treatment, and crisis intervention, and I understand how overwhelming life’s stressors can feel.
