If the old coping strategies have stopped working, or worse, are becoming self-destructive, reaching out for help can be a daunting but ultimately liberating step toward growth and healing. My communication style is direct, but equally warm, empathic, and relatable. I have been practicing for 25 years working with youth & adults in both short-term behavioral skills-based treatment models as well as longer-term supportive psychotherapy. I have experience in both the private and non profit sectors as a Clinician, Clinical Supervisor of intern therapists, Family Mediator, Family Program Director, and Clinical Consultant.
