I am a counselor and art therapist with expertise working with young children, adolescents, and adults who are dealing with crises and have a history of trauma. Some people may experience symptoms such as anxiety, depression, panic, grief, mood swings, or anger. Whether someone comes to therapy to untangle their entire history or make sense of a moment in time, my goal is to help the client feel safe enough to share their thoughts and feelings to create positive change together.
