Many of my clients are adolescents and young adults who are learning to navigate life’s growing pains—whether it’s managing anxiety, school stress, friendships, identity, family expectations, or the transition to college and adulthood. They want to feel more grounded and confident but often feel overwhelmed by emotions or unsure of how to cope. My goal is to meet each client exactly where they are and help them find tools that truly work for them. As an African American therapist, I understand the importance of feeling seen, heard, and understood in therapy—especially for young people exploring identity, culture, and belonging. I strive to create a space that’s compassionate, culturally affirming, and free of judgment, where clients can safely explore their emotions and discover their strengths.
