Hello! I’m Samuel—a limited licensed professional mental health counselor passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and grow toward their personal and relational well-being. I specialize in working with adults and adolescents (ages 14 and up) experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, life transitions, stress management, and relationship issues. I am also an EMDR therapist.
