Samuel’s passion for the mental health field is inspired by what he has witnessed and experienced throughout his life navigating trauma and systems of oppression and the powerful transformation of the healing journey. He specializes in Expressive Art Therapy and he has also cultivated a spiritual practice and dedicated himself to exploring Buddhist psychology, mindfulness practices, and social justice. These endeavors have helped him develop a deeper understanding of the complexities of mental health and human suffering, as well as creating self care routines.
