It can sometimes be difficult to navigate our complex world. I have committed my life to helping others overcome obstacles so that they can live their best lives. I am a licensed clinical social worker with decades of experience helping individuals, couples and families make the changes that lead to a more fulfilling life. I see a strength in my work at developing a collaboration with those whom I work, with the goal of developing a plan that will allow them to create new, life-enhancing skills. I provide support, and a safe place to work through and resolve life's challenges.
