This moment in time and this moment in our lives has been deeply unsettling for so many of us. Catastrophic social and political unrest surrounds us while the realities of our personal lives may be additionally undoing. If you've been having a hard time keeping up, you're not alone in that struggle and you don't have to figure it out alone either. Whatever is weighing you down, I'm here to help. Anyone is welcome, but some of my specialties include trauma, grief, queerness, gender identity, racial experience, non-monogamy, and kink/BDSM. I’m also keen on working with existential questions as well as struggles with shame.
