Here at the San Joaquin Pride Center, we work with LGBT+ individuals who struggle with symptoms of depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, PTSD, gender dysphoria, and stress. We utilize a client-centered approach by incorporating mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness and solution focused skills for client's to meet their goals.
