Accepting new in-person and telehealth clients! When life feels heavy, confusing or isolating, it can be hard to know where to turn. We offer a warm, comforting and nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, breathe and feel genuinely cared for. Our work together focuses on helping you feel understood and supported as you make sense of what you are carrying and begin to find steadier ground. Our practice is made up of four compassionate clinicians. All clinicians are licensed in New York, with one also licensed in Maine. We work with ages 13 and up on a wide range of issues, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues/ couple's counseling, LGBT, trauma and grief.
