My passion is helping people overcome what has been overwhelming & discover a path towards healing and wholeness. Forget the stereotype of the silent, blank-faced therapist. I believe in genuine connection. I'll show up as my authentic self and create a space where you can do the same. I offer trauma-informed care & have experience working with parents, fertility stories, women issues, individuals, sexual assault victims, depression, anxiety, navigating identity, self-esteem issues, relationships, communication & parenting. Having experienced two unique birth stories, I understand firsthand the challenges and joys of parenthood. I use mindfulness and other somatic psychotherapies to identify negative thoughts and cycles. I also have advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health and LGBTQ+ perinatal mental health.
