I am a clinical psychologist with 25+ years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I believe change comes from within and each individual has their own definition of time and space. The readiness for change is an internal construct. My goal is to help facilitate, provide you a safe place to reflect and act as a sounding board while you navigate through self-discovery. My approach is strength based, collaborative, client centered and empathetic.
