It is an honor to work with you to help you discover your highest self. I am here to be present with you on your journey, whether you are looking to unlock your unrealized possibilities as a person or in relationships. I firmly believe that your answers are inside of you and that your brain can heal itself. I provide tools to help you achieve your goals without judgment. I love working with individuals and couples. In individual therapy, I work to help you overcome mental health challenges and use disorders using a variety of treatment modalities. In couples therapy, I primarily follow the Gottman Method and help build communication skills.
