My approach is strengths-based, collaborative and integrative--with adolescents, adults, seniors, families, and couples. Many of my clients have been highly traumatized, sometimes w/complex PTSD &/or dissociative disorders. Other issues include depression, anxiety, adult ADHD, substance use and/or addictions; domestic conflict; need for parenting education and support; compromised physical health/chronic pain issues, onset of dementia, grief about aging & general grief/loss. Our goals include [trauma] recovery with expanded social, medical and mental health supports.
