I work with women and teen girls ages 14+ in New Jersey from diverse backgrounds, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, and OCD. I see my clients as the powerful, unique individual they are. Using an eclectic, flexible approach, I tailor therapy to your goals, so you can build the coping skills and strategies you need to move forward with greater ease and balance. Our sessions will be a safe space to process, unpack and work through any negative thoughts or emotions. I will work with you to achieve control over your thoughts and emotions so you can live the happy life you deserve.
