I am looking forward to working with you to begin helping you get through some of your most difficult times, whether it be anxiety, family issues, parenting struggles, or just day to day stressors. I offer an open and non-judgmental approach to working with clients. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in working with adults with a range of anxiety issues. I provide compassionate and empathetic care to all of my clients while fostering self-care and self-compassion.
