As of October 2025, I am accepting new clients both in-person and remotely and have daytime and evening appointment times available. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families on a variety of issues including personal relationships, divorce, workplace challenges, anxiety, and depression. Challenging life experiences and circling thoughts can feel less intense when shared with a trusted person. I offer a safe, nonjudgemental place to express and unpack these thoughts, while helping you work to heal and handle these situations.
