I am licensed in Colorado with over a decade of professional work experience. Some of the areas I work with are; relationships, childhood trauma, and other PTSD events and symptoms. Some examples are; abuse/neglect, accidents, war, life-end of life transitions. I love working with first responders and also with senior citizens. I believe that it is important to address thoughts, feelings and behaviors and then finding ways to change or improve on coping skills that create a more meaningful and satisfying life. Some of the modalities that I incorporate are; cognitive behavioral (CBT), Solution focused therapy etc.
