Hello, my name is Sandra Kay Maness. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I primarily use CBT, DBT, and EMDR, yet I am trained in trauma-informed, somatic, and mindfulness methods. I have a multi-modality approach to therapy - driven by the presenting problem, needs, goals, and assessment of the client. My treatment modality is client-centered. Upon client request, I am also well-versed in blending therapeutic methodology with Biblical precepts and content; when determined to provide a therapeutic benefit.
