I have worked with clients who are experiencing a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, struggles with parenting, adjustment and traumatic experiences including healing from abuse. My counseling style is strengths based and client centered. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. My approach starts with empathy and utilizes integrative dynamics from cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and motivational interviewing.
