My goal is to help people feel better and function better. Most people come for help because they don't feel well emotionally or they have problems in dealing with others. Work stress, family dynamics or even the inability to find a meaningful relationship are common in today's world. Together we explore new options. I belief that individuals go through life making the best decisions they can given the information they have. No one gets up in the morning and thinks, "today I will shoot myself in the foot," yet in hindsight some decisions could have been better.
