Stressful life events can make you feel as though your world is unraveling. Seeking help with navigating challenges can be difficult, overwhelming, and scary; but that is the first step in the healing process. My great passion is supporting adults and teens with stressful or traumatic experiences, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and life transitions. I create a nonjudgmental and empathetic space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
