You are probably a Type-A personality who puts everyone else's needs above your own. I'm here to tell you it's okay to take time for yourself. I'm here to provide a space to heal from old trauma wounds and workplace stressors that have created difficulty in work/life balance. I specialize in helping healers and seekers of life discover a path to a deeper connection with themselves, their families, and their communities while creating a healthy work/life balance. Together we can navigate the struggles of chronic pain, chronic illness, trauma, PTSD, women's issues, grief, anxiety, and depression.
