Hello, my name is Sandy Lundell and I am an Associate Therapist at the Center for Compassion. In building my own relationship with grief as well as having navigated the lasting impact of traumatic loss across generations, I deeply understand the significance of a safe, compassionate space to share your story and make sense of the complexities of grief. It’s important for those I work with to know that they are not alone as they face some of the most painful moments in their lives. While I specialize in traumatic bereavement, I also work with individuals experiencing general mental health concerns and life challenges.
