For those of us on the margins, it can be hard to imagine why individual healing matters in the face of systemic oppression. But our survival is key. Loving and accepting yourself fully is a radical act — and the root of my passion about therapy. As a queer, nonbinary, autistic therapist, I take pride in offering a collaborative, affirming space for you to process past trauma. I'm especially passionate about offering EMDR to neurodivergent clients, and have seen how effective it is for folks who have felt "stuck" in past therapy.
