I am a therapist specializing in EMDR and trauma. I have a high rate of success using EMDR! If you have experienced a significant event that distresses you, or your brain has that bothersome thought it can't heal from, then EMDR can help. In general, I guide clients to understand why they are feeling stressed or depressed, or simply needing relief from distress; and then develop strength, resilience and coping strategies so they can get back to enjoying life.
