I am a therapist with 14 years of experience, helping individuals and couples navigate life transitions, emotional struggles, and mental health concerns. I work with multicultural and multigenerational families, including those balance and caregiving and personal responsibilities. My approach is trauma informed and shaped other by my South Asian background and US training. Most of my clients leave sessions feeling heard, validated, supported equipped with practical tools to manage emotions, reconnect with themselves, their strength and face life’s challenges with less suffering.
