At Sankofa Counseling we believe that a strength based, client centered foundation combined with unconditional positive regard are the keys to change and healing. I obtained my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University in Connecticut. As a licensed drug and alcohol counselor (LADC,) my primary focus is to work with individuals who suffer from substance use disorders. I have worked with various populations and am committed to providing continuous support, substance use education and relapse prevention.
