Hi, I'm Sara. I'm a queer, polyamorous, late-diagnosed ADHD person and the child of Middle Eastern immigrants. I’m honored to support others from minoritized communities through a lens of social justice and anti-racism. My work centers how systems of oppression and cultural norms impact wellbeing, especially for those holding multiple marginalized identities. I work with adults, including individuals, couples, polycules, and other "non-traditional" relationship configurations, co-creating therapy spaces that are affirming, de-pathologizing, and rooted in self-trust and collective liberation.
