I work with people who want to feel at peace in themselves, able to appreciate their unique lives and grow a capacity to deeply connect with others. If you are feeling down, alone or stuck I can help. My goal is to create an accepting safe place where you can express yourself, explore what is troubling you, question beliefs that keep you from joy and help you develop strategies to facilitate the change you desire.
