In those moments, support and connection are important. I’m here to offer light in the darkness and walk beside you as you move forward. My commitment is to partner with you in your healing—celebrating your strengths, supporting you through setbacks, and helping you reconnect with your authentic self. I provide therapy for teens (13+), young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating a wide range of concerns. I have extensive experience working with teens facing behavioral challenges such as running away, aggression, and school refusal. I’m passionate about helping families build safety stability, and healthier patterns of connection.
