My name is Sara DeFazio, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in supporting young adults who are recovering from interpersonal trauma and exploring their sense of identity to foster greater self-love and authenticity. In our work together, I co-create a warm, compassionate space where you can practice self-acceptance and build the capacity to meet life’s challenges with curiosity and resilience.
