Sara holds a Master’s in Social Work from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. Sara has experience with young children with neurodiverse conditions, older adults experiencing end of life care, and hospital case management. Sara is passionate about helping individuals manage their depression and anxiety through evidence-based practice. She is committed to providing a safe space for clients to work towards understanding their own feelings and emotions, and understanding how their trauma shows up in their everyday lives.
